When you register to become a Tpas conference delegate we ask you to agree to our terms and conditions that including offering us delegate personal details including name, email address, landlord/organisation, email address, plus dietary and accessibility requirements.
We will use this information to process delegate booking and ensure the delegate experience is a positive one.
We will send delegates email updates with regard to their booking including joining instructions.
As per our terms and conditions, we will also send delegates information about future tenant conferences via email. You can opt out of receiving these emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe button on the footer of every email.
As a delegate your data will be handled by our event partner, ConnectIn Events. ConnnectIn events will share delegate data and invoicing information with Tpas to process the booking. Delegate data will not be sold or passed on to any other organisation.
At all times we, Connect In Events and Tpas will ensure that we look after delegate and invoicing details responsibly.
